Most weekly leagues still live in a spreadsheet, a Facebook post, and a group chat. Pool League Pro replaces that with one site: the fixture list, the score as it happens, and the league table, updated from the frames the captains enter.
What a secretary actually has to run
- A fixture list for the season, including bank holidays you want skipped, and a warning if one venue is booked for more matches than it has tables.
- Live scores on the night, then a finished scorecard supporters can open.
- A league table with frames, points and deductions. If a team folds, you choose how the table is rewritten.
- A message for WhatsApp, Facebook or X: the whole round, one result, or the table itself.
- Cups as well as the league, including a cup that starts with groups.
It is built for UK 8-ball. Reds, yellows and the black. The public site uses your league name, colours and domain. Players do not need an account to look up the table.

A league site is free during beta. If beta ends during your season, that season is not cut short. After that it is £60 a year, with no charge per team. Request a site when you are ready, or read what happens when a team folds.
